*Effective March 2026, we've raised the rental fee from the longstanding $20/hour to $40/hour, due to

increased utility and maintenance costs. 

At this time we are only renting to non-profit organizations, not individuals. Non-profit groups are charged $40 per hour, with a two hour minimum. The rental fee covers the cost of utilities, cleaning, and repairs. Groups need to obtain a certificate of liability insurance with the church listed as insured on the policy. Non-profit groups typically already carry these insurance policies, so it's a simple matter to add our name to the policy. A contact person must complete a rental agreement that promises they will uphold the posted standards of conduct posted in the gym. The contact person must also obtain signed liability waivers for all participants. (We can provide a template.)
