Faith Community Church

At this time we are only renting to non-profit organizations, not individuals. Non-profit groups are charged $25 per hour, with a two hour minimum.  This covers the cost of utilities, cleaning,and repairs. Groups need to obtain a certificate of liability insurance with the church listed as insured on the policy. (Non-profit groups typically already carry these insurance policies, so it's a simple matter to add our name to the policy.) A contact person must complete a rental agreement that promises they will uphold the posted standards of conduct posted in the gym. The contact person must also obtain signed liability waivers for all participants. (We have a template that we can provide.)
